CERTIFICATE AND ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT Successful applications will receive a completion letter, and details of where to collect their certificate and official academic transcript.

Students applying to graduate should note the following:
Apply – You are required to apply for one graduation ceremony and your application should reach Student Administrative Services – Laucala Campus by the advertised closing date. The Ceremony dates and deadlines are normally sent out via email notification to your student email. Relevant information can be found on our website – Graduation
Only students from Samoa, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands and Tonga or students studying at those campuses are eligible to apply for these Regional Campus graduation ceremonies.
For any other Campus graduation ceremony, please liaise with your Campus Administration Office prior to applying as the decision to have a graduation ceremony other than the ones scheduled, depends on the approval of USP Senior Management Team.
All correspondence to your application will be via email, both to your student email and your personal email address. It is your responsibility to validate and keep your personal email address updated on your SOLS to ensure accuracy.
If you have not received a response to your application three weeks prior to the graduation ceremony, contact Student Administrative Services / your Campus Administration Office for an update.
If you decide to defer your application to a later graduation ceremony, an email needs to be sent to contactus@usp.ac.fj no later than three weeks before the graduation ceremony you initially applied for takes place.
Check your name on your SOLS account. If your name is incorrect, you are required to complete and submit a “Request to Change Personal Details” form as soon as possible but no later than three weeks before the graduation ceremony.
Attendance – If you do not attend the graduation ceremony, you can either collect your certificate from Student Administrative Services – Laucala Campus the week after the graduation day or request it to be sent to your postal address or to the USP campus in your home country. Certificates will be sent via postal service (registered mail). For it to be sent by courier service, you may contact either DHL or TNT for their services at your own cost.
