IMPORTANT:

  • All requests require email approval by department heads before submission.
  • Projects take 1–4 weeks, depending on complexity and workload. Campaigns and large publications may require more time.
  • Submit only final, approved text. Ensure content is edited before submission.
  • Provide high-resolution, copyright-free images as separate files (not embedded in Word document).
  • DMC must approve final designs for outsourced work before print/publication.

REVISION PROCESS:

  • Brand Compliance Check: DMC will conduct a brand compliance check before submitting the first draft artwork for content review.
  • Feedback: Provide clear, consolidated feedback to minimize revisions and ensure efficient turnaround.
  • Maximum Revisions: A maximum of 3 revisions will be allowed; the third revision will be considered final.
  • Exceeding Maximum Revisions: Any revisions beyond the third round will deprioritise the project, potentially impacting the completion date.
